My wife received a strange email yesterday. It was from a doctor’s office in California. We do not live in California and had never heard of that doctor. It had attachments for new patients to fill out. She looked up the doctor on the internet and found that it was a legitimate doctor and office.
She called the number listed on the email and inquired about the email. She asked how they would have gotten her name and email address. The woman on the phone had no idea.
